Payment

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Gift Cards

BaxPhotos gift cards are delivered digitally by email and do not require shipping.

Gift cards can be used toward available prints, artwork, or products on BaxPhotos.com. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Worldwide Shipping

We offer free worldwide shipping.

You can contact us anytime to request a special delivery option or to discuss the best shipping solution for your location.

Production Time

Each product is individually printed and assembled when you place your order. Please allow 2–5 business days for your prints to be prepared before shipping.

Estimated Shipping Times

North America: 3–7 business days
Europe: 5–14 business days
Australia and New Zealand: 3–10 business days
Asia Pacific: 7–20 business days
Latin America and the Caribbean: 10–20 business days

We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Actual delivery time may vary depending on the shipping method, destination, local carriers, customs processing, and other factors outside our control.

Depending on your location, prints may be shipped from one of our printing partners in the USA, Canada, Spain, Poland, or Australia.

You may receive your order later than the estimated delivery time due to:

Border restrictions
Shipping delays, failed delivery attempts, or carrier service disruptions
High demand during the holiday season

Please note: prints ordered after December 5 are not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas.

If you have not received your order by the estimated delivery time, please allow a few extra days before contacting us.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Customs and Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees depending on the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

Each BaxPhotos print is custom-made to order. For this reason, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer’s remorse.

Please double-check your selected size, material, and shipping address before placing your order. We are not able to reship or refund lost items due to incorrect or incomplete delivery details.

Please note that colors may vary slightly between your screen and the final printed artwork due to differences in monitor calibration, display settings, and printing materials.

If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@baxphotos.com within 48 hours of delivery.

A brief description of the issue

We will review the case and help you find the best solution, which may include a replacement when appropriate.
