Behind the Shot – Moroccan Kasbah

I made this photograph in Ait Ben Haddou, focusing on the kasbah and the way its walls, towers, and clay buildings rise one over another. What caught my attention was the warmth of the late light and how it brought out the textures, shapes, and earthy tones of the architecture. I framed the scene tightly to keep the focus on the structure itself and the feeling of a place built directly from the land around it.
